In addition, the head office is located on Shahrenaw. The assembly line and showrooms are located on Sarak e Siah Bagrami Road, District 12 of Kabul, which the mentioned company is active in the process of packaging and ASEEMBLY rickshaws and motorcycles, which is equipped with Assembly line and equipment along with new upgraded machines.
The representative Company Motorcycles Trading LLC expanded their offices in Jalalabad, Kandahar, Herat, and Mazaar-e-Sharif after the official opening of the head office in Kabul.

Job Title: Sales Head

Reports to: CEO

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales operations in Afghanistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear objectives and provide guidance to ensure success.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and optimize customer experience.
• Must have knowledge of conduction BTC activities.
• Knowledge of the Automotive Market is preferable.
• Must have experience in Channel & Dealer Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
