The Organization of Human Welfare (OHW) is a non-governmental organization and is a non-political, not-for-profit, and impartial organization with no bias towards a particular religion, ethnicity, or political belief. It has its own independent legal status and entity. OHW is operating since 2007 in the country with active membership with the national clusters and international donor agencies in Afghanistan including SWABAC, ACBAR, AICS, BAAG, AWN and most of the national and international Clusters operates based in Afghanistan.

• Develop and deliver hygiene and nutrition education sessions focused on food nutrition package, water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) practices.
• Teach the importance of personal hygiene, handwashing, safe drinking water, and food hygiene by conducting separate sessions for different segments of the target communities.
• Ensure culturally sensitive and inclusive approaches in all hygiene promotion activities.
• Organize distribution of hygiene kits to the trained individuals/families.
• Offer basic guidance related to women's health, maternal and childcare, and hygiene practices.
• The ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights from community feedback is required.
• Understanding and respect for local culture, traditions, and social norms is essential for trust building with communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications (e.g Kobo) for data collection and reporting.
• The Ability to prepare the progress reports of the sessions on a weekly and Monthly basis.

• Bachelore degree in Health or Nutrition sectors.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevent experience.
• Working in hygiene & nutrition training in NGO or INGOs in nutrition Projects, feedback mechanisms, monitoring and evaluation, or a related field with NGOs/INGOs.
• Fluency in spoken Pashto, Dari are required. Having excellent working knowledge of written and spoken English.
