Job purpose:

This position reports to S & D Manager, this is a senior position in sales & marketing department. The purpose of this role is to plan all type of sales management / Plan activities given by the management to be implement as per the business plan and with the consultation of S&D Manager, in the market for the purpose to meet the targets / Market Share & enhance the company sales and image in the markets.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Plan and implement sales strategy, including BOP and public relation.
• Organize, maintain and execute the daily activities of allocated area.
• Coordinate the other members of sales team in smooth functioning of sales department activities.
• Coordinate with branch offices/distributors in demand generation and execution of demand.
• Relationship with other departments shipping in smooth running of the warehouse activities. Along with finance for SRs & customers credit in the market.
• Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to agreed budget.
• Maintain and develop a computerized and prospect data base for all type of channels.
• Prepare monthly sales targets for his allotted area to the Sales Supervisors plan and execute the monthly targets as per company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the branch office/distributors of his area for the achievements of monthly sales targets, markets activate and smooth functioning of the company activities.
• Plan and initiate daily sales according to the stock position and inform S&D Manager in case of any departmental mismanagement.
• Monitor and control the branch offices / distributors and sales team and guide them for the achievement of company goals.
• Maintain and develop corporate image, protect and develop the company brand via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management.
• Must be aware of all type of competitor’s activates in the market (Market intelligence) and update the management on time. (Daily/weekly & Monthly)
• To obey and perform any other official duty assigned by his senior to the entire satisfaction.

 At least high school graduation pluse 5 years related experience  is required while Bachelor pluse two years related experience .
