Job Descriptions:

 

  • Develop regular reports from the financial and business literacy and numeracy activities.
  • Build existing and develop new business relationships.
  • Assess women entrepreneurs’ learning progress using assessment tools, at the beginning of the implementation of the sessions.
  • Maintain discipline while motivating women entrepreneurs and facilitating their development to meet agreed targets.
  • Maintain a safe and effective teaching/learning environment during the sessions.
  • Drive sales activities through business development efforts with companies or individuals.
  • Provide support to sales teams and individuals by preparing reports and presentations.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as requested.
  • Identify opportunities, research their requirements, conduct primary research, present proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Enhance communication with BNFs through proper communication channels.
  • Ensuring that the organization meets targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Community coordination skills.
  • SMSE knowledge.
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate with others in a positive manner.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Great time management.
  • Report writing.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development.
  • Microsoft office package skills (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Solid experience in conducting training.
