We are looking for a passionate admin & agriculture/fertilizer to plan and oversee the organization’s admin activities and campaigns. You will be the one to ensure that all marketing operations are successful in meeting the goals set by management.

Qualification and Skills:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Fertilizer Specialized in Fertilizer
• Candidate with minimum experience of 3-5 years in Agri Sales (Fertilizers, 
• Pesticides, Seeds and other Agri chemicals products)
• Solid knowledge of Agriculture Specialized in Fertilizer and marketing techniques and principles
• Evaluating the effectiveness of new methods or processes
• Develop new crop fertilizers and pesticides
• Develop predictive models to optimize agricultural practices, improve crop production, and reduce environmental impact.
• Stay updated on advancements in agricultural technologies and data science methodologies.
• Utilize machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to forecast agricultural trends and address industry challenges.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Manage office communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, and ensure records are up to date.
• Coordinate office supplies and inventory management
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power point. Ability to understand customer needs and identify market trends. A collaborative, solutions-orientated approach, strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
