Bank-e-Millie Afghan (BMA) was the first financial institution established in Afghanistan in 1933. Similarly, it was the first financial institution established in a public-private partnership set up with 72% share held by the private sector. As a first bank in Afghanistan, BMA introduced formal banking services to the people and government of Afghanistan. Since then, the banks competitive strength and ongoing market leadership philosophy lays in its strong capital base and proven trustworthiness.
In 1976, it was fully nationalized by the government of Afghanistan. Since its establishment, BMA is a leading banking in providing modern and secure banking services. Securing depositors' funds is the top priority of the bank. At the same time, the bank is contributing considerably to the development of manufacturing, agriculture, services, and international trade in the country. BMA is operating based on strong corporate governance principles, financial risk management, and strict compliance to keep its credibility and trust. BMA has 19 city branches in Kabul and 23 provincial branches and equity investments in USA and England.

دندې او مسولیتونه (Duties and Responsibilities):

1. د تصویب شوي پلان له مخې د داخلي پلټنې آمریت د کارکوونکو له اجرااتو او کړنو څخه ډاډ ترلاسه کول
2. ځانګړو قضیو پلټلو او د ناڅاپي پلټنو ترسره کولو لپاره د تخصص او ظرفیت پر اساس د کارکوونکو ګومارل
3. د اړتیا پر مهال داخلي پلټنې ټیم سره د پلټنې پیل او پای ناسته کې ګډون کول
4. د داخلي پلټنې تګلارې، کړنلارې پر اساس د پلټنې د بهیر/پروسې له صحت څخه ډاډ تر لاسه کول
5. د داخلي پلټنې راپورونو څخه د لا ډاډمنتیا لپاره بیاکتنه ترسره کول
6. د اړتیا پر مهال د افغان ملي بانک د نظار پلاوي ناستو کې ګډون او د داخلي پلټنې آمریت استازولي کول
7. داخلي پلټنې راپورونو کې د پلټنې ټيم له خوا د خطر ارزونې څخه بیاکتنه ترسره کول
8. د پیاوړي داخلي کنټرول او د ادارې پرمختګ لپاره د داخلي پلټنې راپورونو له لارې د قوانینو، مقررو، متحدالمالونو، تګلارو کړنلارو او نړۍ والو معیارونو له مخې ګټورې مشورې او سپارښتنې ورکول
9. روزنیزو پروګرامونو ته د داخلي پلټنې آمریت کارکوونکو ورپېژندل
10. د داخلي پلټنې آمریت د کارکوونکو د ګومارنې/استخدام په پروسه کې ګډون کول
11. د داخلي کنټرول لا پیاوړتیا او د غوره پرېکړو نیولو په پار د بانک نظار او عامل پلاوو ته اړینې او ګټورې مشورې ورکول
12. په کلني ډول د پلټنې د پلان، کړنلارې، تګلارې، منشور او د کارکوونکو د دندو لایحې نوي (Update) کول
13. په ربعوار ډول سره د داخلي پلټنې آمریت د اجرااتو مختصر راپورونو څخه بیاکتنه او د اړتیا پر مهال اړین تغیرات په کې راوستل
14. د کیفیت ډاډ او پرمختیا پروګرام له اجرااتو څخه ډاډ ترلاسه کول
15. د داخلي پلټونکو انسټیټیوټ له خوا د وړاندې شوو اخلاقي اصولو، داخلي پلټنې تګلارې، کړنلارې له تطبیق څخه ډاډ ترلاسه کول
16. داخلي پلټنې آمریت کارکوونکو ته د لا غوره پلټنو ترسره کولو لپاره لارښوونې کول
17. نورې دندې چې د افغان ملي بانک نظار پلاوي، پلټنې کمېټې او د عامل پلاوي له خوا ورکول کېږي.

at least have Bachelor Degree, in Economics , Finance & Accounting, Commerce or have ACCA Membership.

Must have CIA  or any other related international certifactes.
At least have 5 years related experience in banking or have 7 years experience with other financial institution.

Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of finance, accounting and auditing.
Experience or knowledge with banking operation and procedure, audit methodology, tools and analysis, Government regulations, Risk Management, Compliance, Credit and Marketing, Bank accounting and Report writing;
