1. Position Overview
The Senior Training and Development Officer is a senior-level role at TTRA., crafted for an accomplished Training and development professional with a strategic vision and operational expertise. This position is developed how to qualify and convert to professional the current staff of TTRA. As a key HR strategy and operations driver, Senior Training and Development Officer will lead initiatives to enhance workforce alignment, support talent optimization, ensure regulatory compliance, and cultivate a culture of safety, engagement, and performance.
The Senior Training and Development Officer will follows all the policies adapted by administration and will hire all the required staffs for TTRA.
2. Key Responsibilities
Preparation of Training and development plan for the year considering all policies and principles adapted by TTRA HR department.
Sorting and scheduling all the raining and development program, and reporting to HR Manager.
Find and easy and suitable way for development of Staff religiose and Islamic section.
Following the requirement policy’s for TTRA, and prepare report to the senior HR Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in Training and development section.
Skills:
Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead HR strategy and operations within a complex, high-risk environment.
Computer skills; and languages skills at least all natives and English language.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical solutions to complex HR challenges.
