HEWAD is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profitable charity organization established in 1994 to provide Medical, Educational, Social and Humanitarian Assistance to needy people of Afghanistan. HEWAD implements primary health care for needy people of Afghanistan, and within those focuses on the provision of health care to the most vulnerable group, children, and women. HEWAD provides perfect health education, information, and service to Afghans in order to improve their living conditions.

Job Descriptions:

Implement project performance monitoring evaluation and reporting system that is aligned to the design and monitoring framework, including roles and responsibilities for implementation

  1. Take responsibility for establishing, maintaining, and utilizing baseline information
  2. Coordinating technical aspects of the program to UNHCR/HEWAD, with sharing data and action plans
  3. Developing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports
  4. Train and guide the project actors, extension workers, trainers, etc. on project implementation performance, output, and outcome
  5. Maintaining the M&E management information system through continuous monitoring of project progress
  6. Prepare monthly and quarterly M&E reports
  7. Conduct an end-of-project/impact evaluation survey
  8. Make regular visits from the field according to the monitoring/survey plan and collect data for the intelligent survey system
  9. Facilitate and participate in the periodic review of project implementation progress towards achieving results and adjustment of the expected result
  10. Assist in the formulation of recommendations for improving implementation performance including direct training and monitoring at the provincial and district level
  11. Undertake all other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the role and level of this job as may be requested by the line manager
  12. Any other duties required

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION:

  1. Bachelor's degree from any recognized university (preferably in Business Administration, Public Relations, or Management and Economics);
  2. 4 years experience in business management and administration;.
  3. Full command of Dari, Pashtu, and English languages;
  4. Willingness for longer partnership;
