Shahada Organization is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit domestic institution that has been active in the health, education, and child protection sectors for 35 years and is registered with the Ministry of Economy under the number (106).
Working with the program department staff to develop concept notes, proposals, and work plans.
Working with the program manager and the project field staff to prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, project completion narrative reports and other reports if required.
Compile/collate major narrative reports for donor.
Provide program updates and information if required; to the Shuhada senior management (executive director and deputy director) to assist with the dissemination of information to support provincial offices and donors.
Conceptualizing program interventions.
Make sure that all hard copies of the reports and proposals are kept well and in a proper manner.
Participating in management meetings.
Assisting the program department team in the preparation of the yearly project presentation and annual report.
Drafting the project reports and submitting to the program’s department and senior staff.
Assisting the project staff in designing brochures, posters, and banners.
Collecting the data from the field office for the preparation of concept notes/proposals.
Maintain strong relationships and corporation with all stakeholders.
Any tasks assigned by the program department and senior staff.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification (Bachelor’s Degree) but Master’s Degree is preferred
Minimum Experience will be 4 to 5 Years in related field.
NGO/development sector experience given preference.
Required advanced level of English, reading, writing for drafting of various reports and proposals.
Creative, energetic, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
