Background
Self-help groups help communities grow by encouraging savings, lending, skill development, and teamwork. This training program aims to strengthen these groups by teaching them important skills for their success and sustainability.
Objective
We are looking to hire four trainers, one for each province, to conduct a three-day training for self-help group members. The training will focus on improving their understanding of savings, skill-building, teamwork, and sustainability. Covering the following topics during the training.
