Hayat Orphanage is supporting orphans in Afghanistan since 2013. We are providing orphan children with proper education, lodging, food, clothes, medication, schoolbooks, shoes, and much more. Our main focus is to facilitate these orphans with the best possible education so that they become the breadwinner of their families, provide support and livelihood, stand on their own feet and build a hopeful and prosperous future for themselves. • Email Marketing:

• Donor Relations:
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing donors through personalized communication.
  • Identify and engage potential donors.

  • Assist with donor events and fundraising initiatives.
• Database Management:
  • Maintain and update donor databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Ensure data integrity and security.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare regular reports on email marketing performance, donor engagement, and fundraising results.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing and donor relations.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for the charity's mission and a commitment to making a positive impact.
