Job Description
- Implementation of methods and tools of project finance management.
- Conducting QuickBooks package in finance department for overall financial expenditures.
- Conducting management of financial routinely processes and transparently expenditure.
- Providing awareness to project staff on financial policy and procedures.
- Supporting and assisting organizational procurement and financial needs in relevant provinces.
- Managing staff attendance sheets, timesheets and payrolls for processing monthly salaries.
- Developing project financial report at their respective provinces and provision of them on weekly, monthly and quarterly bases to the finance coordinator.
- Develop costed work plan, procurement plan and implementation financial plans on monthly bases and quarterly bases as per project general timeline and action plan.
- Keeping records and documents of overall expenses and creating proper filing system at provincial level under the direct supervision of provincial coordinators.
- Follow and ensure proper documentation and procedures of TSDO financial policies.
- Ensuring transparency and preventing any corruption, fraud or misuse of project funds.
- Managing trainings, workshops and Meetings required facilities.
Job Requirements
- At least bachelor degree or equivalent related to BBA, Commerce and Accounting.
- At least three years extensive experience of projects finance management and project management preferably in the province and with multi-partners.
- Good knowledge of Afghan culture, sensitivities, and ethnic structure.
- Ability to travel to target provinces.
- Good communication and excellent reporting skills in English, ability to communicate in both local language is an advantage.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office and accounting.
