Job Descriptions:

  1. Collaborating with the sales manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy
  2. Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation
  3. Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
  4. Working closely with the sales and marketing department
  5. Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations
  6. Giving presentations
  7. Maintaining a marketing database
  8. Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team
  9. Preparing, formatting, and editing a range of documents
  10. Understanding company products and brands
  11. General office duties
  12. Creating and interpreting a variety of reports
  13. Organizing market research
  14. Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback
  15. Updating social media accounts
  16. Any other tasks assigned by Manager

Job Requirements:

  1. At Least BBA Bachelor degree holders (Specialization in Marketing) will be given the priority
  2. Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience
  3. At least over 3 Years of practical Experience in the field relevant field.
  4. Good knowledge of Sales and Marketing Techniques.
  5. Computer Skills (Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  6. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  7. A high level of attention to detail
  8. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  9. Strong Communications skills.
  10. Strong customer relation & problems solving skills
  11. Able to communicate in Dari, Pashto & English
  12. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  13. Related job and internship experience
  14. Good organization skills
  15. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  16. Digital marketing experience
  17. Able to work long hours when needed.
