Job Summary

Planning drive tests and Implementing data analysis and post-processing strategies and solutions to enhance the performance and quality of 2G/3G/4G and VoLTE networks.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinates the drive test teams to enhance performance.

• Performs data analysis and post-processing of 2G/3G/4G and VoLTE log files to enhance network performance and ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Develops and implement post-processing algorithms to enhance data quality.

• Conducts field drive tests/audits and analyzing data to identify and resolve the network issues and enhance the sites/cells performance.

• Provides technical support and guidance to junior engineers and stakeholders.

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide solutions.

• Provide recommendations based on log file analysis and findings to improve network quality.

• Performs data validation and verification to ensure compliance with the industry standards.

• Generates detailed reports and visualizations to communicate findings and insights.

• Fully proficient in set-up, utilization, and data processing of various design and optimization Tools (Netnumen,U2020,TEMS,Nemo, Actix, Atoll, Planet and MapInfo).

• Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to data processing and analysis.

• Stays updated with the lates technology and methodologies in drive test and data processing.

  I.        Education

·      Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related field

    II.        Experience

·      At least 2 years of continuous experience in drive test log file processing and analysis.

          III.        Competencies

·      In-depth knowledge of data processing tools and software.

·      Proficient in using radio network optimization software, such as TEMS, Nemo, Actix, Atoll, Mentum Planet, or similar tools.

·      Experience with drive test data analysis and post-processing tools.

·      Familiar with radio network standards, protocols, and regulations, such as 3GPP, ITU, FCC, etc.

·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

·      Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

·      Working Conditions: Flexible working long hours including weekends and willingness to travel in case of need.
