Join Our Night Shift Team at Speenkai!

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented professional fluent in English, and ready to grow in a dynamic environment? Speenkai, Afghanistan's first BPO service company, and Bay Master Appliance Services LLC are looking to hire two experienced individuals to join our full-time night shift team as Dispatchers/Customer Service Representatives.

In this role, you will take inbound calls, set appointments for customers, and dispatch technicians efficiently. The ideal candidate will take charge of daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and managing the tech force.

Duties & Responsibilities

1.  Receive incoming calls from clients and setup service appointments.

2.  Receive incoming calls from technicians throughout the shift. Must be able to understand the nature of the call to act accordingly

3.  Keep track of daily schedule and job status throughout work schedule.

4.  Respond to open email requests and inquiries via email

5.  Ability to enter tickets into the CRM 

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English and must possess excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Office work experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Capable of typing 45+ words per minute necessary
  • Customer Service skills and Conflict Resolution skills.
  • Telemarketing experience is a plus
  • Microsoft Office Products
