The Security Watchman is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of CARE's national and international staff, visitors, and property within the office. This role requires attention and proactive measures to maintain a secure environment across all CARE facilities, including the offices, BHC, and warehouses. Under the guidance of assigned OROs and security focal points, Watchmen respond to emergencies and threats, prevent unauthorized access, and report suspicious activities.

Ensure the safety of all staff and visitors within  BHC or other CARE facilities.

Conduct regular patrols around the BHC to identify and respond to suspicious activities, theft, and safety hazards.
 گشت زنی منظم در داخل و اطراف مرکز صحی و پاسخ سریع در مورد هر نوع فعالیت های مشکوک مثل سرقت - 
Perform and execute all required orders, directions, guidance, and requirements of Standard Operating Procedures and General Orders to a standard that meets expectations. اجرای کلیه دستورات  دستورالعمل ها الزامات رویه ها و رهنمایی مطابق با استانداردی که انتظارات را براورده میکند
Make sure to provide immediate reports of any suspicious activities, hostile actions, perceived surveillance, unauthorized photography to Provincial focal points and Kabul ops room staff.تمام اقدامات خصمانه و فعالیت مشکوک عکاسی غیر مجاز را فورا به مسولین دفتر و دفتر کابل گزارش دهید 

Assist with BHC staff in loading and unloading  درصورت ضرورت هنگام بار کردن و پاهین کردن اموال از موتر همرای همکاران همکاری کنید
 

Secure all doors and windows after hours, documenting any discrepancies for provincial or or safety and security focal points. تمام درها و پنجرها باید بعد از رسمیات قفل گردد در صورت کدام مغایرت یاداشت کرده به امرمربوطه گزارش دهید
 
Politely screen and register patients and visitors before granting access to BHC, issuing ID cards as needed. مودبانه ثبت نام بازدید کنند گان و مریضان قبل از اعطای دسترسی به مرکز بهداشت اولیه

Search the visitors politely and register them indiscriminately before entering the BHC or CARE  facilities. Assist visitors who need direction or information.
تلاشی و ثبت و راجستر مودبانه بازدید کننده گان و مریضان هنگام داخل امدن در مرکز صحی 
  و در صورت لزوم کارت شناسایی برایشان صادر کنید.
Maintain accurate logs of vehicle, transportation, and visitor entries and exits.
Make sure that no one can expel assets from BHC or CARE facilities without an authorized gate pass.
Professional practice to lock and unlock the gate while the staff and doctors vehicles arrive.
Maintain the organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
 

Ensure all electrical purposes and machinery are powered down after official hours in BHC. مطمین شوید که تمام سامان ماشین الات برقی بعد از رسمیات در داخل مرکز بهداشت خاموش شده است
Monitor the BHC generator and communicate operational status to the head of BHC, ORO and safety and security focal points. برسی جنراتور مرکز صحی در صورت کدام مشکل تخنیکی با سوپروایزر مربوط و افیسر مربوط گزارش دهید
Maintain the office fuel supply and report any maintenance issues. گزارش زخیره تیل و کدام اشیای دیگر به امر مربوطه
Check and Keeps the fire extinguishers in a visible place چک نمودن و جابجا ساختن بالون ضد حریق بجای مناسب و قابل دیده 
Checks and keeps closed all the doors and windows after working hours in BHC.
بسته نگهداشتن تمام دروازهای ورودی وخروجی کلکین ها بعد از رسمیات
Keep on all security lights during the night and report to ORO regarding damage to assets.
Make sure that all main and other gates to BHC are locked
Patrol the assigned areas on foot and take action to investigate, report, prevent, or stop suspicious activities, hostile actions, fires, theft, or safety hazards. 
 

Act promptly during emergencies (e.g., fire, earthquake), implementing effective response measures. هنگام حادثه اضطراری مانند اتش سوزی و زلزله سریعا  دست بکار شده از تمام امکانان موثراستفاده کنید 
Communicate incidents and security breaches to the Provincial OROs and Kabul Operations Room, or designated staff. موضونقض امنیتی و کدام  حادثه فورا به امر مروبوطه و یا دفتر کابل گزارش دهید
Regularly assess emergency preparedness and report any gaps to within the BHC to your supervisors and Kabul Ops room. ارزیابی منظم از تمام لوازم و امکانات دست داشته  در صورت  خلا یا کمبودی به امر خود گزارش دهید  
In the absence of a direct Supervisor and Security Point Person make sure to contact the relevant security/fire/ambulance departments when an emergency occurs, force entrance is taken place and CARE facilities are attacked. 
familiarize yourself to the usage of fire extinguishers installed within the BHC.

Maintain good behavior towards patients and visitors at the BHC. هنگام مراحعه به مرکز بهداشت اولیه با مراجعین و مریضان برخورد خوب و مودبانه داشته باشید

Display respectful behavior towards community members and local authorities including PVPV when visiting the BHC.
نسبت به بیماران زن و مرد ، مسولین محلی به شمول کارمندان امرب المعروف که از کلینیک بازدید مینمایند، صبر وحوصله مندی نشان دهید.

Always consider the community's norms and culture.همیشه هنجارها و فرهنگ جامعه را در نظر بگیرید.
Show patience and understanding towards both female and male patients seeking treatment at the BHC.     هنکام مراجعه خانمان و اقایان  به مرکز بهداشت اولیه ازخود صبر و شکبایی    نشان دهید 

Maintain and regularly check communication equipment to ensure functionality.
تجهیزات ارتباطی را به طور مرتب بررسی و نگهداری کنید تا از عملکرد صحیح آنها اطمینان حاصل شود.
Make proper registration of patients and other visitors, date and time, name while going and coming inside and other off days.
ثبت نام صحیح بیماران و سایر بازدیدکنندگان، تاریخ و زمان، نام و نام خانوادگی هنگام ورود و خروج به داخل و سایر روزهای تعطیل را انجام دهید.

Safety and Security Responsibility:

We all have a responsibility to promote a safe and secure work environment, foster a safety and security culture, and ensure consistent application of, and compliance with, CARE Afghanistan safety and security policies and procedures.

Education: Minimum completion of 12th grade.
Experience: At least three years of experience as a security guard or watchman with international NGOs or UN agencies.

Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in Dari/Pashto and English (preferred).
Ability to solve problems and maintain good relations with local communities.
