The Master Trainer will work under the supervision of the Learning/(WBC) focal point to train volunteer teachers. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions focused on enhancing teaching methodologies, classroom management, and subject-specific skills. The Master Trainer will also mentor volunteer teachers, provide ongoing support to improve their instructional techniques, and facilitate the integration of innovative and learner-centered approaches. Additionally, the trainer will ensure training materials are contextually relevant and accessible to all participants, monitor trainee progress through assessments, and prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and challenges.
