Job Description

  • Supervise and support field staff, including Master Trainers, Community Mobilizers, and Outreach Officers, within the district.
  • Ensure timely and quality implementation of project activities according to work plans and donor requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with local authorities, community leaders, and stakeholders to facilitate project activities and ensure community participation.
  • Collect and consolidate field-level data, feedback, and reports for submission to the project office.
  • Maintain accurate records of staff performance, field visits, and district-level activities.
  • Support capacity-building and mentoring of field staff to enhance project outcomes.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the Project manager, as required.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing field staff and coordinating development or education projects in NGOs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of community engagement, project management, and reporting processes.
  • Ability to work in remote and challenging field environments.

Deliverables:

  • District-level work plans and activity schedules.
  • Consolidated field reports, including staff performance and project progress.
  • Records of stakeholder engagement and community participation.
  • Recommendations for improving project implementation and outcomes at the district level.
