Job Description
- Guard and monitor project office premises, entrances, and surrounding areas.
- Control access of visitors, staff, and vehicles to the office premises.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, following organizational procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols and maintain security logs and incident reports.
- Coordinate with local authorities in case of security threats or emergencies.
- Support staff in implementing safety and emergency procedures.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Project manager, as required.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3 years of experience in security services, preferably in NGO or office settings.
- Knowledge of basic security and safety procedures.
- Physically fit, vigilant, and able to handle emergency situations.
Deliverables:
- Daily security logs and incident reports.
- Secure office premises with no loss or damage of assets.
- Prompt response to any security threats or emergencies.
