About Afghanistan Social and Legal Organization (ASLO)

ASLO is registered with Ministry of Economy of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. The organization was informally established in 2012 and was officially registered with the ministry of economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in 2013.  Registration number (2852) was awarded to ASLO through NGOs Department of Ministry of Economy Kabul Afghanistan.

Job Description

· Procurement Management

  • Plan, source, and procure goods and services as per project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and donor regulations.
  • Obtain quotations, prepare purchase orders, and maintain vendor records.

· Inventory & Asset Management

  • Maintain proper records of office supplies, equipment, and project assets.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Support asset tagging and tracking for audit purposes.

· Administrative Support

  • Manage office operations, including logistics, facilities, and staff support.
  • Coordinate transportation, travel arrangements, and office maintenance.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of communication and office systems.

·  Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate procurement and administrative records.
  • Prepare reports on procurement, inventory, and administrative activities.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing complete documentation.

·  Coordination & Compliance

  • Liaise with program, finance, and logistics teams to facilitate project implementation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, internal controls, and donor requirements.
  • Provide guidance to field staff on procurement and administrative procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, Social science or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant Administration and procurement experience, preferably in NGOs or field offices.
  • Strong knowledge of Administration and procurement.
  • Experience working with donor-funded projects is an advantage.
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, accounting software if applicable).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
