Job Description

  • Establish, update, and maintain a comprehensive staff database covering personal data, attendance, and leave records.
  • Develop and maintain HR files in both hard and soft formats, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Lead and coordinate recruitment processes, including shortlisting, interviewing, and selection in collaboration with the selection panel.
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing SAF’s policy documents (GEC, Code of Conduct, Complaint Handling, Anti-Fraud, etc.).
  • Plan, organize, and deliver orientation and training sessions for newly recruited staff.
  • Review and provide feedback on monthly reports from field offices before submission to the HR Manager.
  • Assist in conducting annual staff performance appraisals and prepare consolidated appraisal reports.
  • Draft HR-related memos, letters, and official correspondence.
  • Prepare employment certificates and other HR documentation as required.
  • Develop monthly action plans and submit them to the HR Manager.
  • Compile and submit monthly activity reports.
  • Conduct quarterly or semiannual field visits to sub-offices to monitor HR practices and provide support.
  • Ensure proper filing systems and HR record management within the HR unit.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of three years of relevant HR experience.
  • Proficiency in Pashto, Dari, and English, with translation ability between these languages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend effective solutions.
