Asphalt Quality Control Manager

• Oversee quality assurance and control of asphalt production and road construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct laboratory testing and maintain quality control (QC) records.
• Plan and supervise asphalt works and project implementation.
• Review drawings and prepare supporting documents for payments.
• Identify and resolve technical issues; coordinate with stakeholders and attend meetings.
• Develop and implement quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Evaluate materials and ensure safety, durability, and environmental compliance.
• Support preparation of asphalt mix designs and testing procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams and travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Civil Engineering) is required; a Master’s degree will be an advantage.

Experience:

At least 10 years of work experience in asphalt road construction, including implementation and knowledge of asphalt quality control, plus

At least 5 years of work experience in a construction laboratory, including asphalt concrete testing and preparation of asphalt and concrete mix designs.
