Job Description
- Develop and enforce procurement policies and SOPs.
- Oversee procurement planning, market research, bidding, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with donor procurement regulations.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, quotations, and bid analysis.
- Coordinate transport and warehousing of goods.
- Maintain procurement documentation and filing.
- Track delivery schedules and follow up with vendors.
- Coordinate customs, permits, and clearance (if needed).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) in Procurement, Business Admin, or Logistics.
- 5+ years in procurement, preferably with NGOs.
Deliverables:
- Monthly procurement reports.
- Annual procurement plan.
- Contract and vendor performance reports.
