Remotely Dispatcher

Zewar Transport Company is a U.S.-based general freight carrier, operating nationwide across all states with reliable and efficient transportation services.

We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to coordinate and manage transportation operations. 

🚛 Key Responsibilities:

• Search and book loads using load boards such as DAT Load Board
• Communicate with brokers to negotiate rates and confirm load details
• Coordinate with drivers regarding pickup and delivery schedules
• Plan efficient routes to ensure on-time delivery
• Track and monitor shipments from pickup to delivery
• Prepare and manage documents such as Rate Confirmations and Bills of Lading (BOL)
• Resolve any issues or delays during transportation
• Maintain accurate records of loads and communications
• Verify carrier and broker information through Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration

• Ability to work night shifts remotely and have a standard mobile phone, reliable
•  Wi-Fi, and a laptop with proof of availability
• Ability to communicate in English, Dari, and Pashto
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of logistics and dispatch operations
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, email, etc.)
• Must have knowledge of design programs (e.g., basic graphic or document design tools)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
