Job Purpose:
The Finance Assistant works in the Kabul office to predominantly responsible for assisting in ensuring of rules/ regulations and maintains efficient and effective administrative and financial operations with the assistance of Finance manager. He/she should be graduate from a recognized university preferably diploma holder with the strong experiences on excellent and internal control (checking procurement, hiring other document) communication skills (Oral and written) in Dari/ Pashto and English languages, excellent Computer skills especially with MS office Package and at least 2 years working experience of administrative position at the relevant field within an NGO or UN family organization. He/ she must be honest, active and well mannered (polite and cooperative with all colleagues).
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
❖ Prepares and checks the procurement document, hiring document checking Payroll and financial vouchers and monthly reports on Accounts for submission to Finance Manager.
❖ Travel to all provinces when it is required.
❖ Ensure purchasing procedures are followed for purchasing items that need larger amount of cash.
❖ Check all field documents at the end of month.
❖ Ensure all bills, vouchers and any other documents related to finance have been signed and approved dated properly.
❖ Check and review the field office document.
❖ Check Asset in file office.
❖ To enter the data in accounting software ❖ Preparing voucher
❖ To perform any other tasks as required by finance Manager or Officers
