Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers.
  • Responsible to adhere to all the law enforcement (govt) procedures and polices within the assigned territory/point of sales. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs.
  • Responsible for quality SIM sales and registration besides compney and GOVT procesdures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure field emoloyees follow the process of up-selling and cross selling on SIM sales( Sim price, SIM registration, issue of invoice& quality sales).
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, including prospecting, lead generation, and qualification.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to the sales team
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior leadership.
  • Sales manger of the area is responsible for the qualify of the acquisition/sim sold from his territory/point of sales.
  • Widely support of Roshan sales in each sales channel within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct field visits to ensure the point of sales performance to meet all the monthly sales KPI’s according to the beat plan.
  • Selection of the location for point of sales based on the market/business needs.
  • Ensure product and stock availibality in all the point of sales in assigned territory.
  • Ensure all the product knowledge is passed and trained to the assigned point of sales.
  • Ensure all the point of sales in the assigned territory are as per the Roshan guidelines.
  • Ensure point of sales operations and cleaneness as per the roshan guidelines.
  • Responsible for the attendance, operation hours, behaviour, performance, attitude, knowledge of CSR/POS within the assigned territory.
  • Responsible to adhere to all the law enforcement (govt) procedures and polices within the assigned territory/point of sales. 
  • Implementing daily, weekly and monthly plans in his area as directed by RSM/HQ.
  • Obliged to attain monthly and quarterly KPI targets based on the plans given by the supervisor/HQ.
  • Responsible to ensure quality of registration, acquisition and other performance.
  • Dispatching, pasting and training of updated marketing materials to Roshan POSs in the assigned territory.
  • Responsible to grow Roshan business in assigned geographical territory of the region/assigned territory.
  • Responsible to continues collect and update competition information and share with supervisor/HQ on time to time basis.
  • Responsible to educate the CSR on their commission, incentives structure regularly.
  • Availability of adequate Roshan POS in the geographical territory. and expansion of Roshan business in the territory by appointing new point of sales.
  • Ensure CSR receives their monthly salary/ commissions announced by Roshan in the assigned territory.
  • Responsible to hire qualified CSR in the point of sales.
  • Ensure only Roshan products are sold through Roshan authorized point of sales.
  • To support the CSR on his/her day to day operation in order to fulfil the business KPI’s.
  • To give after sales support to all the CSR/point of sales on regular basis in the assigned territory.
  • Report in case the service provider is not fulfilling his responsibility as per the contract and procedure.
  • Ensure all the point of sales/CSRs are having all the facility to service the customers.
  • Ensure the CSR/point of sales has all the required IT, connectivity, furniture, stationary and other related operational items (following the POS acceptance guidliness)

Job Requirements:

  • Education and work experience.
  • University degree in related field or equivalent or higher is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with a proved track record of success.
  • Field account/agent/dealer management experience.

 

Skill and competence.

  1. Skills: Some English language skills are desirable.
  2. Technical Competency:
  3. Communication and reporting skills
  4. Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English
  5. Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, and internet) an advantage
  6. Ability to work closely, professionally, and constructively with all others regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, race, tribe, or cultural background
