• Monitor assigned areas franchises, EDS, DRM & Afghan Post agents’ day to day EA business.

• Ensure the quality services at franchise, EDS and Afghan Post agents’ level.

• Provide guidelines and training to franchise, EDS ,Afghan Post and DRM agents staff for product knowledge and maximum efficiency in order to maintain the standards as per company policy.

• Ensuring proper maintenance of records by EDS, Afghan Post and DRM agents i.e. Inventory, Sales and accurate /proper documentation.

• Sending/Sharing daily / weekly / monthly sales and activities reports.

• Ensure proper placement of merchandising / POS materials in outlets, EDS and Afghan Post sales points and other Telecom business related locations.

• Visiting the assigned areas related outlets, EDS , Afghan Post sales points and DRM agents in order to make 100% availability & visibility to increase the revenue.

• Responsible for timely submission of document within the given KPI related to any EDS , Afghan Post and DRM agents of the assigned areas.

• To provide and update product knowledge to EDS , Afghan Post agents ,DRM agents , Vouchers Dealers and retailers time to time as per company policies and procedures.

• Ensure the enrollment of new EDS , Afghan Post agents ,DRM agents , Vouchers and E.Top Up dealers and retailers in order to enhance the new line acquisition , revenue & Top up availability of the stock to all the sales channels at all times.

• To focus on the development of rural areas in order to make the non-profitable sites profitable.

• Monitor the stock ( Vouchers, SIMS , E-Top up ) availability in the entire assigned region & in case of non-availability to inform indirect sales department proactively in order to avoid any shortage.

• Ensure the implementation of EA policies and related documents.

• Submit the report reference to EDS, Afghan Post and DRM agents & Vouchers dealers and retailers regularly to EA Head Office Indirect Sales Department.

• Enroll DRM agents in the entire region in order to increase the number of DRM agents to increase the number of transactions & revenue.

• Focus on the development of E-Top Up business in the entire region.

• Provide on-time updates about competitors' movement in the market.

• Support and motivate the assigned EDS , Outlet, DRM Agents,Afghan Post Sales agents, and retailers for maximum market share.

• Ensure the implementation of EA & ATRA sim registration policy through the required documents to ensure quality registration.

• Submit /share the performance report with his assigned POS agents ( EDS , DRM Agents, Outlets, Dealers & retailers, and Afghan Post Sales Points on regularly basis in order to develop them and get the desire figure through them.

Bachelor of Business Administration with two years of relevant experience.
