Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee all quality control aspects of our construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all construction activities adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities :
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols for the construction project.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and quality control plans.
Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality control procedures and best practices.
Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to quality requirements.
Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related matters.
Maintain records of quality control activities and prepare reports for management review.
Preparing concrete mix design.
Working conditions may include working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Directly oversee and coordinate all laboratory reporting to various project managers, clients, and entities. Ability to communicate, both in written and verbal, form to all project stakeholders, as directed.
Reviewing construction plans and preparing quality requirements.
Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Preparing reports, analyses and other documents.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality control management in the construction industry.
Thorough knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager) is a plus.
Is able to converse easily in English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency on developing concrete mix design.
Ability to overcome challenges and work in difficult work environments/conditions.
Sound knowledge of construction material.
