Sustainable Goals Organization of Afghanistan (SGOA) is a non-governmental, non-profit, and non-political organization. Founded with the primary objective of providing quality healthcare, social services, and promoting equal access to development and humanitarian assistance within communities, SGOA is dedicated to delivering exceptional humanitarian services, particularly in challenging and remote areas of the country.
SGOA was officially established on 2020/10/21 and is registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. SGOA operates within the framework of the country's constitution and holds the Ministry of Economy registration number 5042. Additionally, SGOA is recognized and registered with various humanitarian clusters, including WASH, Education, ES/NFI, Protection, Nutrition and FSAC Clusters. The organization is a verified partner of UN-OCHA Humanitarian Access Group (HAG). Furthermore, SGOA has the distinct privilege of co-chairing the FSAC cluster in the southern region of Afghanistan, a testament to its dedication to humanitarian work. SGOA's mission is to provide emergency aid and humanitarian assistance to the population of Afghanistan, working within the legal and ethical framework established by the country's constitution. Job Summary
The Human Resources & Admin Officer administers the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, to provide clear and organized staff management practices. He/she will be a focal point for all staff on HR issues under the guidance of the Project Manager, providing necessary support to all teams on required HR tasks. SGOA requires a dynamic person, eager to learn and to develop him/herself.
