Just for Afghan Capacity and Knowledge (JACK) is an independent, Non-Governmental, Non-Profit, And Non-Political and Non-Sectarian Organization working in Afghanistan in the areas of Capacity Building Education and Health with an aim at improving livelihoods and alleviating poverty. The organization is re-registered under the Ministry of Economy with registration number, 316 of January 18, 2006. The organization works in Collaboration with other line Ministries, NGOs, INGOs, and donor community. Our donors are USAID, UN, OCHA and Ministries.

1:Work closely with Medical and Health Program Coordinators to develop plan of action for filling the gaps identified during field monitoring visits
2: Plan field visits objectively with consultation of Medical Coordinator and Health Program coordinator.
3: Cluster supervisor is required to have a complete checklist during his/her field monitoring visits, to ensure complete and meaningful checking of Health Facilities.
4: Health Cluster Supervisor is also responsible to support Medical and Health Program coordinators to plan and conduct any required survey and collect any necessary information from field.


Consultation and Coordination:

5: Participate in any internal meetings that held in HF, provincial and in office level.
6: Participate in any external meetings assigned by Medical coordinator, Health Program Coordinator or by Associate Director-DMP.
7: Health Cluster Supervisor is also responsible to enhance and strengthen coordination among 8: 8: Health facilities staff, with office and with community.
9: Build the capacity of Health Facility Managers, in managing and supervising of Health Facilities and  staff.
10: Replicate the received trainings to HF relevant staff through conducting short sessions with support from Senior Trainer.
11: Mobilize the community and conduct regularly Community/Health Shura Meetings to bridge/connect the community with our Health Facilities and with CWS-P/A. to strengthen the relationship of Community and CWS-P/A.

Administration, Supervision, Monitoring, and Evaluation:

12: Work closely with Medical, MCH and Health Program coordinators to ensure the Implementation of Basic Package of Health Service (BPHS) and proposed Activities in assigned cluster(S).
13: Conduct regular Supervision and monitoring from Health Facilities and provide regular feedback to Health Facility Manager(s) and Staff to improve the quality of service and Health Facility records/documents.
14: Develop Monitoring/supervision Reports and submit it to Medical Coordinator for further sharing with CBHC, MCH and with focal points of other sectors.
15: Cluster Supervisor is also responsible to monitor and report to Medical and Health Program coordinator on Health facilities infrastructures, Rehabilitation, water, sanitation and etc.

Records and Reporting:
 16: Health Cluster supervisor is also responsible for collecting all HF reports for submitting to Medical Coordinator and/Sector focal point /HMIS Officer for combining, entry and further processing.
17: Ensure timely correspondence with relevant CWS-P/A staffs or non CWS-P/A staffs in issues regarding NLHP Field Activities.
 18: Submit timely monitoring, supervision, evaluation and other relevant report to Medical and Health Program Coordinators.

1:To have MD degree from Medical Faculty
2: 3 years of experience in public health
3: Knowledge of BPHS and EPHS
4: Good communication skill and team working capacity
5: Good knowledge of computer
6: Good knowledge of English and excellent knowledge of Pashto and Dari
7: Able to travel to remote areas of east provinces
