1TV Media is seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) and Audience Research Expert to join our team. This role is crucial for assessing the effectiveness of programming and strategic initiatives, as well as understanding audience behaviors and preferences to guide content development and outreach strategies.
• Design and implement M&E systems and frameworks that reflect the dynamic needs of our media operations.
• Conduct regular audience research studies using a variety of methodologies such as surveys, focus groups, and digital analytics.
• Analyze data to produce actionable insights and clear reports that guide strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with different departments to integrate M&E findings into programming and marketing strategies.
• Ensure the alignment of M&E activities with organizational goals and objectives.
• Provide training and support to staff on M&E procedures and audience research techniques.
• Proven experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within a media or broadcasting environment.
• Strong background in audience research, with expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
• Proficient in data analysis software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner to different stakeholders.
