About Western ICT Solutions:
Western ICT Services Company began its business operation as a hardware and network solutions providing company in January 2016, and the company has developed the team for running ISP business during the year of 2017 and collaborated with leading ISP and GSM companies in Afghanistan. The Company invested in ISP section and in a short period of time it has built its infrastructure to operate as an independent ISP company and acquired its ISP license from Ministry of Communication and information technology – ATRA (Afghanistan Telecommunication Regulatory Authority in May 2022. Western is focusing exclusively in high quality and cost-effective so ware development and hardware or network implementation of services and Internet Services across Afghanistan. We are looking for an experienced and smart Sales and marketing Officer to join us. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales and marketing. Besides, you should be able to build and maintain long-term customer relations. Your job role will also require you to visit the targeted area and distribute the company flyers, brochures as per company set forth target and strategy.
You should be able to develop and implement effective sales strategies and sales targets. Moreover, you should also be able to review current market trends and competitor offerings. You should also be able to address customer queries and help them make the right purchasing decisions. In addition to this, you should be able to prepare and present accurate and detailed sales and marketing reports.
To be able to perform in this job role, you should have an excellent sales record. Furthermore, you should be sales-driven and customer-oriented individual. Your ability to handle customer requests professionally and in a timely manner will be advantageous.
