The Afghan Deutsch Academy (ADA) is a language academy located in the Kabul province of Afghanistan. Established in 2018, our academy is dedicated to providing high-quality German language education to national and international students. We offer both online and in-person classes to cater to the diverse needs of our students.

At Afghan Deutsch Academy (ADA), the German Teacher will ensure that students have a positive and encouraging atmosphere for learning. The main objective of this role is to assist students in reaching their set learning objectives by instructing them in the four fundamental language abilities: listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The German Teacher will utilize ADA's standard methodology and course materials during class sessions.

1. Developing lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the curriculum and learning objectives.
2. Delivering engaging and interactive lessons that incorporate a variety of teaching techniques and activities.
3. Assessing student progress and providing feedback on their performance.
4. Creating and administering quizzes, tests, and other assessments to evaluate student understanding.
5. Providing individualized support and guidance to students who are struggling with the language.
6. Encouraging student participation in class discussions and activities.
7. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
8. Collaborating with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.
9. Staying up-to-date with the latest teaching methods, technologies, and resources in the field of German language instruction.
10. Building positive relationships with students and fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
