- Confers with company officials to establish strategic business objectives, to develop organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between divisions and departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectives.

- Provides support resources, as needed, to accomplish Company objectives.
- Reviews business plans, forecasts, etc. and revises them, as needed, to ensure that company goals will be met.
