Our Hotel is located just 15-minutes away from Kabul International Airport, in the heart of Kabul City.
The Hotel offers luxuriously furnished 90-Guest Rooms & 40-One, Two & Three Bedroom Suites.

Job Descriptions:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times and Keep an orderly front desk and reception area.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office and Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers and Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Allocating guests their rooms and providing keys and preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments.
  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks and Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees.
  • Liaise with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance to address any problems or complaints made by guests.
  • Tell guests about local services, attractions, and dining options.
  • Create incident reports, daily activity logs, or other documents requested by management.
  • Entering reservations into a computer system for guests who have made reservations online.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IDS software, Strong IT skills and knowledge of booking systems.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
  • Flexibility and the ability to respond appropriately to changing situations.
  • Excellent administration, organizational skills and Problem-solving abilities.
  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
  • High school diploma, GED,BBA or equivalent, Degree in hotel management is a plus.
  • Significant work experience handling guest service responsibilities, preferably in a hotel/reception setting.
  • Excellent in English, Pashto and Dari Languages.
  • Excellent conflict resolution skills and Flexibility with their schedule.
  • Able to interact with diverse guests and clients.
  • Must worked in the hospitality industry or worked with guests in some capacity.
  • Possess strong mathematics skills and Ability to multi-task.
