Tashabos program currently focus on youth socio-economic empowerment through revealing their hidden talents. Tashabos teaching prepares students with knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, management and leadership. It strives to inspire youth towards leadership, risk-taking, creativity and innovation to be socio-economically empowered. The Tashabos (entrepreneurship) program is adaptable to various types of beneficiaries. Today we have Tashabos alumni/entrepreneurs relying on their own supporting their families and contributing to economy.
Tashabos reaches Afghan teenagers at a formative period in their lives, when an understanding of free markets, entrepreneurship, and civic responsibility and participation can shape their future. The Tashabos curriculum is taught in both Dari and Pashto. The primary objective of Tashabos is to instill in Afghan youth an awareness of the values of entrepreneurship, market economics, and good governance. Tashabos Educational Organization TEO teaches youth the skills necessary to become entrepreneurs through educational activities, including training on market-based economies, fighting poverty and corruption, and the promotion of good governance and ethical business practices.
The Tashabos entrepreneurship curriculum, developed and promoted over several years by CIPE Kabul, provides teenagers lessons in the nature and means of business development in a free market economy.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBLY
The Project Manager manages, leads and implements the Economic Resilience Process (TERP), provides day-to-day technical support especially proposal writing, reporting and communication tasks, event management, working with private sectors and group discussions/ policy discussions to the TEO and Tashabos teams. The Project Manager is accountable for successful delivery of all TEO programs activities as per the program description, which is detailing the activities. He/she represents TEO at all concerned stakeholders, venues and foums.
Internal Relationships: The Project Manager will be in contact with Executive Director on a regular basis, while with Program Officer and Admin Finance and HR Officer who also implement TEO program activities on a need base.
External Relationships: Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MoIC), particularly Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise Development Department, Provincial Industry and Commerce Directorates (PICDs), the Private Sector, Businesspeople, Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), Afghanistan Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry (AWCCI) and other stakeholders in Kabul, Parwan, Nangarhar and Bamyan, Provinces as well as in close coordination with the Executive Director with the stakeholders within the Private Sector and International Community.
