UI/UX and Frontend Developer

MBT is an Afghan Mobile Value added services and Telecom solutions provider to MNOs, licensed by the government of Afghanistan to work in terms of providing VAS, Digital, and software development services  

We are looking for a talented UI/UX and Frontend Developer with expertise in Figma design and frontend technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that provide an excellent user experience. You will collaborate with our design and development teams to create visually appealing and intuitive applications.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Frontend Developer.
• Proficiency in Next.js and React.js.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API).
• Experience with CSS frameworks and preprocessors (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Sass).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with build tools and bundlers (e.g., Vite, Rollup).

Skills:

• Strong design skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• UI/UX Design:
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Frontend Development:
  • Develop responsive and interactive web applications using Next.js and React.js.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Integrate with backend services and APIs to fetch and display data dynamically.
  • Implement and maintain state management using libraries like Redux or Context API.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and bugs, and propose solutions to improve the overall user experience.
