Turkey Scholarships (Türkiye Bursları) is a governmental scholarship program initiated by the Government of Turkey in 2012. Turkish Government scholarships are offered to international students from Afghanistan and worldwide to understand and promote students’ capacity from all countries. Turkey Scholarships provide scholarships for long-term (all higher education degrees ) and short-term programs in the most famous and prestigious Turkish universities.
Over 100K international students from 162+ countries are currently studying in Turkey on fully-funded scholarships. Consider that over 100,000 students have graduated from Turkish universities on this scholarship program. Each year, around 5000 Scholarships are offered to students from different countries. It is a great opportunity for Afghanistan and other developing countries and developed countries to start their studies in Turkey.

Eligible applicants can apply for Turkish Government Scholarships online. The applicants must fill out the online application form, including their personal information, educational background, work experience, and social activities. You do not need to apply to university. By selecting the university for your scholarship application, Turkey Burslarie will generally do the admission and registration for you to the university.

The letter of Intent has two sections:
First Section
It is expected to explain the following details: your academic and social experiences relating to the field in which you want to pursue an education, your reasons for choosing Turkey for study, and the importance of your future plans for your education and scholarship in Turkey. You can write the letter of intent in the language you can express yourself. (3000 Characters)
Second Section:
If you have a subject in your application documents that you think is not clear enough and you want to explain, or if you want to draw the attention of the evaluation committee, please briefly explain in this section. You can write the description in the language you can express yourself.

Working Title (Up to 15 words)(Please write in short and concise terms the title of your work as a thesis or an article title.)

Successful applications will be invited to interview.
The applicants will be evaluated according to their academic success, social activities, and motivations.
Preliminary Assessment: All the applicants will be examined with their basic criteria, such as minimum academic achievement, age limits and required documents.
Expert evaluation: the applicants will be considered by the expert’s committees in terms of previous qualifications, academic interests, academic status, career goal, the content of the intent letter, and your activeness in social activities.
Tests: A 30-quetion quantitative test will held for undergraduate students. For Afghanistan and Sudan, 80-100 questions will be. The test questions include Mathematics, geometry, and logic questions. The test will have explanation questions in both Turkish and English. You can find the sample questions and mock test here

Interview: The successful applicants will be invited and evaluated by interview committees. The interview duration is from 15 to 30 minutes. Remember to bring all the required documents and certificates with you to the interview session.
