The Deputy Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for design and implementation of marketing & sales strategy and control of marketing and supply team and other sales forces involved in the supply chain.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for design and implementation of marketing & sales strategy.
• Set proper and measurable sales goals and lead the sales force for its achievement accordingly.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly sales plans.
• Develop realistic and measurable plans for the given sales targets.
• Prepare market planning for new products.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with all clients and partners.
• Complete a detailed list of market i.e., geographically and with detailed information of doctors, patients, therapeutic areas etc.
• Set short term and long terms sales target for the sales force from the given targets by the management.
• Training and capacity building of the sales force.
• Arranging promotional activities.
• Visiting hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and doctors on daily basis with the visitors and according to the plan.
• Be updated from the competitors and market trends and set the team and plans accordingly.
• Perform any other task if assigned.

• Master’s of Business Administration- Specialization in Marketing/Management, Medical Science With Experience in Marketing of Pharmaceutical with minimum 3 to 5 years experience is necessary to become an ideal candidate for this position.
• Good knowledge of marketing for pharmaceuticals.
• Must have strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategizing skills.
• Computer skills (Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package is must).
• Time management skills.
• Experience in trainings and capacity building / development of staff is desirable.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English, Dari and Pashto languages.
