Job summary:

Daira Sabz Consulting and Engineering Group "Daira Sabz" seeks a motivated and experienced Admin and Finance Officer to join our team that will be responsible for handling daily administrative and finance related operations and implementation/development of company policies, procedures and ensuring managerial and finance tasks to go smoothly and meet the standards and company requirements.

Job Description:

Administrative:

  • Supervising day to day activities of operational teams like office cook/cleaner, driver, logistic and procurement.
  • Assist in Hiring Training and evaluating Employees taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Developing strategies reviewing and improving administrative policies and procedures.
  • Planning scheduling and organizing office events including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations/onboarding and training sessions.
  • Answering Emails, phone calls and making necessary arrangements with other concern staff, if necessary, draft and follow-up minutes of meetings and tasks progress.
  • Overseeing projects progress and stages based on project TOR towards company goals.
  • Building new and expanding existing opportunities by engaging and searching the market.
  • Preparing casual and routine administrative reports and submitting to Higher level managers and/or Vendors.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly

Finance:

  • keep tracking the financial bookkeeping of DS and generating company/projects on monthly and annual reports.
  • Will have to keep track of different types of Accounts including Customer Accounts, Vendors Accounts, Employees payroll and documentation and any other related parties.
  • Monitor financial performance and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and integrity and Handle any financial discrepancies that arise and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Preparation, filling and submission of monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports.
  • Prepare, record and filling of handovers, send invoices, record payments, and track expenses.
  • Assist in preparation of budgets monitor spending and processing payroll and other expenses. Ensuring each transaction is Approved, cross checked and controlled with corresponding documents.

Job Requirements:

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Commerce, Administration, Finance or similar (Master is preferred).

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience with national/international NGOs.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong Knowledge of Office Package and Google Apps and Email.
  • Strong Knowledge of Accounting Software specially QuickBooks.
  • Experience in project management, including the ability to plan, budget and manage teams and resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and national languages
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and meet deliverables.
  • Experience working in a cross-cultural environment and building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Language Proficiency:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.

Personal Skills:

  • Innovative, flexible, problem solver, motivator, strong and confident communicator, organized, self-driven and hard working.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
