Job Descriptions:

         Technical Quality

  • Facilitate communication and coordinate activities between the organization and external entities, including government agencies, community groups, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the exchange of information and resources between departments within the organization to support collaborative projects and ensure consistency in external communications.
  • Develop first and second Bi Annual reports for all FSP active projects with the support of FSP Managers.
  • Work with Liaison and access department to develop MoU for new FSP grant along with required registration sheets for new project registration with Ministry of Economic or any related sectorial governmental departments.
  • General Duties :
  • Working with the FSP managers in updating of Beneficiaries indicator database.
  • Raising PRs for the dignity kits and closely follow-up with the supply chain team for selection best quality samples and coordination with the field team.
  • Work with FSP Managers and finance team to ensure that all spending plans for all grants are regularly updated.
  • Work with the FSP managers and FSP coordinator to monitor spending plans, procurement plans, and work plans on a regular basis and keep track of program activity budgets.
  • To follow up on logistics and procurement with support staff for providing the on-time support by support staff for smooth running of program activities
  • Collect and provide necessary information and contribute to the planning organizing and development of all aspects of the projects support activities. Keep and save the field activities 
  • program database and documentation for required administrative activities.
  • Work with the program coordinator and managers to regularly update grant information

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in social work, humanities, other social science, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience working in this position or related role in NGOs.  
  • Clear understanding of the impact and dynamics of FSP on women and girls
  • Demonstrated interest, enthusiasm, and commitment to working with women and girls, and their rights, safety, empowerment, and improving their access to resources and services.
  • Direct experience in providing basic counselling, psychosocial support, and delivering services to women and girls.
  • Experience providing training and mentoring to others.
  • Experience in supervising staff, activity design, planning and monitoring, and overseeing direct services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
  • Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in a team setting.
  • Ability to discuss sensitive issues with respect, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Knowledge and experience with community outreach and mobilization
  • Familiarity with principles of monitoring and evaluation; experience in writing brief narrative reports and data reporting.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Word/Excel
  • Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English
