Job Descriptions:

Job Scope & Description: 

  1. Recording daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of required files and supporting documentation serving as evidence of transactions.
  2. Track and maintain cash flow in the cash journal and process cash disbursements in accordance with financial policies of NHL and established approval levels.
  3. Tracking the Account Receivable and Account Payables.
  4. Assist the Finance Manager with the monthly reconciliations and financial reports.
  5. Assist the Finance Manager with the preparing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing & duties such as preparing reports for Tax filing, inventory lists, etc.
  6. Assist the HR and Admin Manager with the administration of human resources, including but not limited to, processing payrolls, keeping staff attendance records, maintaining personnel files, assuring compliance with HR policy.
  7. Support the department for procurement process and activities in accordance with the NHL procurement guidelines.
  8. Track and support for resource needs and other materials needs for carrying out financial and administrative tasks.
  9. Be an active member as a financial and administration team member to achieve company goals
  10. Carries out any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/ Management.

1. Qualifications: 

  • Diploma/Bachelor in Business Administration  (D/BBA), Bachelor degree will be given preferences
  • Good Command on QuickBooks Desktop and Online both
  • Good Proficiency in Computer Programs (Office Automation)
  • Understanding National & English Languages
  • Good Organizational Skills

2. Experience: 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant fields, Finance and Admin experience will be added value.

3. Technical Skills: 

  • Experience using Microsoft Office package; 
  • Extensive experience writing reports; 
  • Fluent in English, Pashto and Dari; 
  • Commitment to the mission and objectives of the project; 
  • Be able to move to the field, visit all project locations
