Kabul Noble Plastic Industry has been established in 2014. We produce different types of plastic goods, like clothes washing machines, toilet water storage tank, different types of plastic chairs, plastic table, trash bin, different types of buckets and so on.

Job Descriptions:

Kabul Noble Plastic Industry needs a General Sales & Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the overall Sales-team management of Factory at least ten members, So We are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager with a proven track record of effective leadership. The successful individual will be responsible for driving productivity, optimizing market share, and leading the development of innovative strategies that fuel the company’s growth. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance, enhance customer engagement, and implement high-impact marketing initiatives. The right person for this role will bring creativity and a deep understanding of both emerging trends and proven marketing practices, ensuring the company’s long-term success and competitive edge and shall accomplish the following job requirements.

Job Requirements:

Oversee daily sales operations, including monitoring and forecasting, to gain deeper insights into market trends and performance.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and their impact on sales performance.
Stay informed on current market trends and industry developments.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to review and assess sales projections and targets.
Take full ownership of achieving or surpassing sales targets and objectives.
Work with the marketing team to devise innovative strategies for reaching new potential customers.
Take calculated risks to drive profitability and increase brand visibility.
Lead by example, providing hands-on guidance to build, motivate, and inspire the sales team.
Set the standard for excellence in performance and leadership.
Cultivate strong client relationships and strategic partnerships that add value to the organization.
Develop tailored proposals for high-profile clients, including Ministries, Embassies, NGOs, and corporate accounts, and assign dedicated sales teams to manage these accounts.
Enhance brand image through effective advertising and branding campaigns.
Expand Kabul Noble Plastic Industry services into new provinces, implementing a zone-wise sales strategy.
Promote new Kabul Noble Plastic Industry services through various channels, including the company website, social media, direct mail, billboards, and TV advertising.
Ensure marketing initiatives are executed within budget and on schedule, while closely monitoring results and taking corrective actions where needed.
Represent the company at trade associations, conferences, and exhibitions to strengthen the company's presence and promote its services.
Prepare detailed sales reports, including sales volume, potential sales, and areas for client base expansion.
Lead weekly sales meetings to motivate the team, assign new tasks, and review the progress of ongoing tasks.
Set and communicate monthly sales targets for the team, while explaining the rules and expectations for achieving them.
Actively participate in company-wide meetings, both departmental and general.
Lead weekly staff meetings to ensure sales processes and pricing strategies are aligned and accurate.
Prepare weekly and monthly plans for top management, ensuring clear alignment with overall goals.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to top management on sales performance and key metrics.
