The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing our hotel’s online presence, generating direct bookings, optimizing digital ad campaigns, and leveraging modern marketing techniques to enhance brand visibility.

Are you innovative and passionate about current trends and creating digital marketing campaigns? Our Company is looking to hire a digital marketing manager to support the marketing team in effectively promoting its message across all digital channels. On a daily basis, they will manage Our Company’s social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and create email blast campaigns to target key customers. They will also delegate responsibilities to copywriters, content creators, and other members of the marketing team, and stay up to date on the latest social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO & Content Marketing: Optimize the hotel’s website and content for search engines to improve organic rankings and attract more visitors.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Advertising: Run and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms to drive direct bookings.
  • Google Trends & Market Analysis: Use Google Trends and other analytical tools to identify travel trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to engage travelers.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate with travel influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to expand reach and credibility.
  • Video Marketing & Content Creation: Create engaging video content to showcase the hotel’s amenities, experiences, and guest testimonials.
  • Email & CRM Marketing: Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture potential guests, promote offers, and encourage repeat bookings.
  • Website Optimization & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Enhance website design, user experience (UX), and booking funnels to increase direct reservations.
  • Reputation Management & Online Reviews: Monitor and respond to reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, and OTAs to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, ROI on ads, and guest engagement.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing for hotels, resorts, or travel businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media, influencer marketing, and video content creation.
