We are looking for an experienced General Manager to oversee and manage our company’s operations in Kabul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, improving overall efficiency, and leading teams to achieve business objectives. The General Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business processes.
• Manage sales, marketing, and distribution activities to drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
• Supervise and guide employees to enhance their performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Prepare reports and present business performance insights to senior management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management, sales, or business development (preferably in the lubricant or solar industry).

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and distribution strategies.
• Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English is preferred.
• Willingness to travel if required.
