WADAN is implementing a healthcare project in Nangarhar Province. This initiative aims to provide emergency and primary healthcare services, including polio vaccination, for underserved and emergency-affected populations. The Pharmacist will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, quality, and proper use of medicines within this WHO-funded project.
Objectives of the Position
The Pharmacist will be responsible for managing pharmaceutical supplies, ensuring medication safety, and supporting health facilities under the project. This includes stock management, quality assurance, compliance with WHO and national regulations, and oversight of the cold chain for vaccines, including polio immunization efforts.
