Job Descriptions:

  1. Strategic Marketing Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to align with AfghanPay’s business objectives and market growth goals.
  • Lead the marketing team in creating campaigns and initiatives that build brand awareness and customer loyalty in Afghanistan and beyond.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments.
  1. Brand Management & Positioning:
  • Oversee the development and execution of AfghanPay’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and platforms.
  • Develop and manage strategies for public relations, thought leadership, and brand recognition.
  1. Customer Acquisition & Retention:
  • Drive customer acquisition strategies through digital marketing, traditional advertising, and partnerships.
  • Create customer retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and personalized marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitors to refine marketing efforts.
  1. Digital Marketing:
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Manage online campaigns to ensure they align with overall business objectives and track their effectiveness.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital channels, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize ROI.
  1. Team Leadership & Development:
  • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Provide mentorship and development opportunities for team members to ensure continued growth and innovation.
  1. Budget & Resource Management:
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact and return on investment (ROI).
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments to optimize spend.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the product, sales, and operations teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with the company’s offerings and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to ensure the successful integration of marketing tools and platforms.
  1. Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct regular market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and pain points.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of adaptability.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the Afghan market and the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
  • Experience with fintech products, digital payment systems, or financial services.
