We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to develop visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and communication goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design, along with proficiency in industry-standard design tools. The graphic designer will collaborate with the marketing and communications team to produce high-quality visuals for websites, social media, reports, presentations, and other materials.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Design & Branding:
Create visually engaging designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, infographics, brochures, reports, and presentations.
Ensure all designs adhere to Adroit Associates’ brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
Develop innovative design concepts that effectively communicate the organization’s mission and values.
Collaboration & Content Support:
Work closely with the marketing and communications team to translate ideas into compelling visual content.
Collaborate with writers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet project objectives.
Assist in the creation of visual content for campaigns, events, and promotional materials.
Capture high-quality photographs of events, activities, and staff for use in marketing materials, reports, and digital platforms.
Digital & Print Production:
Prepare and optimize graphics for web and print, ensuring high-quality output.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output.
Asset Management:
Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including templates, icons, images, and photographic content.
Ensure all designs and visual assets are archived and easily accessible for future use.
Other Responsibilities:
Carry out additional graphic design tasks and related duties as assigned by the supervisor to support and enhance overall visual communication and marketing objectives.
