Job Descriptions:

·      Monitors assigned areas related to sales channels EDS, DRM & Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises Day to day EA business.

·      Ensures the quality of services at EDS, DRM & Afghan Post, Franchises and Mini Franchises levels.

·      Provides guidelines and training to EDS, DRM & Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises staff for product knowledge and maximum efficiency to maintain the standards as per company policy.

·      Ensures proper maintenance of records by EDS, DRM & Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises i.e. Inventory, Sales, and accurate /proper documentation.

·      Responsible for creating and sharing daily / weekly / monthly sales and activities reports.

·      Responsible to ensure proper placement of merchandising / POS materials in outlets, EDS, DRM & Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises other telecom business related locations.

·      Visits the assigned areas related to outlets, EDS, DRM & Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises to make 100% availability & visibility to increase the revenue.

·      Responsible for timely submission of documents within the given KPIS related to any EDS, DRM & Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises, mHawala agents of the assigned region.

·      Provides and updates product knowledge to EDS, DRM & Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises, mHawala agents, Vouchers and E.Top Up dealers and retailers time to time as per company policies and procedures.

·      Ensures the enrollment of new EDS, DRM & Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises, mHawala agents, Vouchers and E.Top Up dealers and retailers in order to enhance the new line acquisition , revenue & Top up availability of the stock to all the sales channels at all times.

·      Focuses on the development of rural areas to make the non-profitable sites to profit. 

·      Monitors the stock (Vouchers, SIMs, E-Top up) availability in the entire assigned region & in case of non-availability to inform indirect sales department proactively in order to avoid any shortage.

·      Submits the report reference to EDS, DRM & Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises, mHawala & Vouchers dealers and retailers regularly to EA Head Office Indirect Sales Department.

·      Enrolls DRM and mHawala agents in the entire region to increase the number of agents to increase the number of transactions & revenue.

·      Focuses on the development of mHawala and E-Top Up business in the entire region.

·      Provides updates about competitors’ movement in the market on time.

·      Supports and motivates the assigned EDS, DRM & Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises, mHawala agents and retailers for maximum market share.

·      Ensures the implementation of EA & ATRA sim registration policy through the required documents to make sure the quality sales and registration. 

·      Submits /shares the performance report with the assigned POS agents (EDS, DRM & Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises agents) on regularly basis in order to develop them and get the desire figure through them.

·      Builds/ implements productive business relationship with existing POS agents as well as key account customers and prospects Focus on EDS, DRM, & Afghan Post, Franchises, Mini Franchises development throughout the assigned areas especially in the current challenges from ATRA, other governmental organization and other law enforcement agencies.

·      Enhances /boosts up mHawala business in the assigned region as one of the main KPIs.

·      Adherence to the EA rules, regulations, policies and processes and strictly avoid involvement in any activities damaging EA image in the market. 

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, with 2 Years of relevant experience.
