Aria Water focuses on hygiene and quality of its products. All of Aria’s machinery has been imported from Germany and Italy to ensure high quality water. Certificates have been received by the Ministry of Public Health and the General Directorate of Prevention and Control. Water samples are also sent every month to a 3rd party laboratory in Dubai for further testing. An inspection is also done every 6 months by the US Department of Health agency, where quality is ensured

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally and promptly.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales representatives and account managers.
• Assist in preparing sales quotations, proposals, and contracts as required.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and orders.
• Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices efficiently.
• Ensure accurate data entry of orders into the system and monitor progress through to delivery.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, pricing, and stock availability.
• Support customers in selecting appropriate products to meet their needs and preferences.
• Contribute to stock control and effective inventory management.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Maintain and update sales databases, documentation, and CRM systems.
• Generate and prepare sales-related reports for the team or management (e.g., daily sales summaries, performance tracking).
• Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, logistics, and finance to streamline operations.
• Schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups for the sales team as needed.
• Promote ongoing sales campaigns, special offers, and new product launches.
• Upsell and recommend complementary or higher-value products to enhance customer purchases.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales support, customer service, or retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word); experience with CRM systems is an asset.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication in Dari Pashto and English.
